We stand behind our products. If you feel that one of our products has broken after ordinary use, please return it to us for repair or replacement. (Please note that pewter is a soft metal and scooping hard brown sugar or ice cream is NOT to be recommended!) Our products should never be used over a heat source or in the oven.
