Shipping Options

We generally ship via UPS. However, we can often save you money by shipping small items in a padded envelop via USPS.
When this is possible, we will manually adjust your shipping costs to reflect this savings.

Although we stock a large number of our products, many of them - such as stoneware items – are made to order. All orders are shipped within 1 – 3 business days. Please be sure to allow for transit time. It is important to remember that we are located on the West Coast. Orders shipped to the East Coast may take 5 – 7 business days to reach their destination

If you are in a rush, we have several shipping options:

2nd day UPS – Orders will be delivered two business days after they leave our facility. (For example, an order shipped on Friday would arrive on Tuesday.) Please keep in mind that the two day transit time starts AFTER the 1 – 3 days that we need to process your order.

Overnight UPS – Orders will be delivered the day after they leave our facility. Please keep in mind that this 1 day transit time starts AFTER the 1 – 3 days that we need to process your order.
